Initiate the Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to return.
Print Your Label
Once your request is submitted, we will provide a prepaid shipping label via email to ensure your return is tracked and handled safely.
Pack Your Gear
Securely pack your unused Owala products in their original boxes, attach the prepaid label, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
