How long does shipping take for my Owala order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Are Owala bottles dishwasher safe?
Most of our bottles are top-rack dishwasher safe, but we recommend hand-washing the lids and straws to ensure the longevity of the seals and insulation properties.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for unused products in their original packaging. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective.
Do Owala bottles fit in standard cup holders?
Our 19oz and 24oz FreeSip bottles are designed to fit in most standard cup holders. The larger 32oz and 40oz sizes may require an adapter or be too wide for standard vehicle holders.
Is the FreeSip lid leak-proof?
Yes, when the lid is properly closed and the security latch is engaged, our FreeSip technology is designed to be completely leak-proof.

Our bottles are made from high-quality, BPA-free plastic and triple-layered, vacuum-insulated stainless steel to keep your drinks cold for up to 24 hours.
